The Billing Coordinator supports the Billing Manager with the process of invoicing and billing the customers in a timely and accurate manner.
Responsibilities:
- Track billable hours and projects and review overtime with management on a daily basis
- Verify pricing/information as necessary to generate an accurate invoice and reports to the customers
- Help resolve collection issues resolution, and other clients’ needs as they arise
- Review employee timecards to ensure completeness and accuracy of recorded hours in accordance with company policies and billing requirements
Skills and Abilities:
- High school diploma/GED required (college degree preferred) and a minimum of 1 year experience in general accounting/billing
- Proficient in Quickbooks, Filemaker (or similar billing software), Excel
- Previous entertainment industry experience with an understanding of post production workflows
- Confidentiality and discretion required
- Strong analytical skills
- Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and successfully manage multiple assignments concurrently
Our target pay range for this role is $25 – $30/hour. Actual starting rates within the range will depend on various considerations, including: work experience, skills, specializations, and training.
