Designs campaigns with an effortless eye for the latest digital, photography, and fine art trends, has a deep knowledge of movie posters, and a passion for film and print marketing.
Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize and design a range of branded materials including: key art, OOH, digital/social, presentations, and more
- Creatively produce new ideas and concepts, while working within the boundaries of the client brief
- Work closely with the team to ideate, conceptualize, and create cohesive print campaigns
- Understand print design strategies and the role print plays in bringing a brand’s story to life
- Incorporate design direction and feedback from the Creative Directors
- Work on multiple projects simultaneously, with varying deadlines
Skills and Abilities:
- 3-5 years experience (5+ years for Sr. level) at an entertainment marketing agency in print design, graphic design, or similar field
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (i.e. Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign)
- A strong understanding of typography, photography, fine art, and design
- Highly creative, passionate, and thoughtful, especially around aesthetics and design
- Excellent creative concepting and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor of Arts in Graphic Design, or related field preferred
- Ability to meet tight deadlines
Our target pay range for this role is $100k – 130k/year (Art Director) / $130k – 160k/year (Sr. Art Director). Actual starting rates within the range will depend on various considerations, including: work experience, skills, specializations, and training. This role is also eligible for an annual performance review, discretionary bonus, and competitive healthcare, as well as other employee benefits.
